We offer a range of shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express. Costs are calculated in real-time based on your address and order weight—what you see is what you pay. Occasionally, we run promotions with discounted or free shipping!

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Yes, we offer international shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, and several countries in the European Union. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any customs duties will be shown at checkout

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@getthegoods.ca. Note: Some items like personal care products are final sale for hygiene reasons.

We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at support@getthegoods.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted ASAP.
