Returns Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A return shipping label may be provided upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will receive store credit for the item price and applicable taxes only.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are excluded from store credit.

Defective or Malfunctioning Items

  • Defective or malfunctioning items must be reported and returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation.

  • If confirmed defective, the item will be repaired or replaced, or a full refund including shipping will be issued.

  • Please allow 4–6 weeks for this process.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items, special orders, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns due to incorrect sizing, misinterpretation of product descriptions, or change of mind are not eligible for refunded shipping costs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
