Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
Condition Requirements

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A return shipping label may be provided upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from the issued store credit.
Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit for the item price and applicable taxes only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are excluded from store credit.
Defective or Malfunctioning Items

Defective or malfunctioning items must be reported and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation.

If confirmed defective, the item will be repaired or replaced, or a full refund including shipping will be issued.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items, special orders, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns due to incorrect sizing, misinterpretation of product descriptions, or change of mind are not eligible for refunded shipping costs.
